Thu Feb 7, 2013
HA! That's exactly what I was thinking.
Painful to look at? Front-heeled shoes are 'Scary Beautiful'
Wed Oct 10, 2012
Ah come on people, they were made to make a statement and to appreciate the craftsmanship. They'll wind up in a museum somewhere (although I'm sure a couple of people will buy them and attempt to walk in them) and people can look closely at them through glass and marvel at the intricacies.
Bust a move, not a bone: Preventing Zumba injuries
Tue Jul 31, 2012
The reason why Zumba is so popular is simple....IT'S FUN! A lot of these injuries can be avoided if the person modifies to their level and wears the correct shoes. You can talk to any instructor and they will agree with you and give you tips on how to do so.

Eat This, Not That: Pointless supermarket foods

I totally agree with you. I live near Amish country, and in the farm market they grind up peanut and almond butter right then and there. You can stand there and watch them do it, then they just put it in a plastic tub and there you have it....REAL peanut butter!!! It tastes so much better.
